We are not a government initiative. We do not represent a political party. We do not belong to an economic group. Our autonomy is the foundation of our authority.

Our Strategic Council holds a private and technical majority. Founders have voice; they do not have absolute control. This constrains decision-making velocity and extends institutional durability. A trade-off deliberately assumed.

Farol is a legally separate entity. Farol's editor-in-chief does not report to the Âncora CEO. Editorial coverage of Âncora by Farol follows the same standard applied to any other market actor. Without this declared distinction, institutional credibility would erode within months.

We do not overstate where we are. We do not hide where we are not. Every statement in our materials is verifiable or explicitly aspirational. Institutional trust is built through consistency between discourse and reality.

Every structural decision is made with ten to twenty years in mind. That means refusing shortcuts that generate short-term gain at long-term cost. It is the difference between an administration-bound project and a legacy institution.
